What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to): • Serve as a Patient Liaison: Act as the central point of contact between patients, physician offices, manufacturer programs, and insurance payers to resolve medication access issues. • Manage Patient Communications: Handle inbound calls for prescription inquiries and outbound calls for patient welcome, refill scheduling, and provider follow-ups.
