Responsibilities include acting as an administrative resource and liaison to outside agencies such as law enforcement and the media, attending to patient and family issues, ensuring proper staffing, dealing with emergency situations and resolving problems while fulfilling the leadership role throughout the organization to ensure quality patient care. The incumbent in this role provides immediate supervision, direction and support to clinical and non-clinical departments within Billings Clinic, providing administrative presence and support in conjunction with and or in the absence of leadership team.
