Performance Expectations Success in this role will be measured by maintaining high patient staffing coverage, maximizing utilization of authorized hours, completing reports and documentation accurately and on time, responding quickly to patient and caregiver issues, and maintaining effective communication with MLTCs and internal teams. This role will be responsible for maintaining patient coverage, maximizing authorized-hour utilization, coordinating caregivers, communicating with patients and their representatives, and working closely with MLTCs, healthcare providers, and internal departments to resolve service-related issues.
