Skills required include IV therapy, central line and PICC line management, arterial line management, blood product administration, ventilator management, ABG interpretation, chest tube assistance, EVD and ICP monitoring, CVA/stroke management, titration of cardiac and vasoactive drips, continuous IV sedation, dysrhythmia interpretation and management, and 12-lead EKG acquisition. Critical Care Float Pool position floating across all ICUs including MICU, SICU, NCCU, CVICU, Neuro ICU, and Cardiology/Diagnostics.
