Provide for general upkeep of the facility, office, and resident rooms including, but not limited to making resident beds, dusting, spot cleaning walls as needed, baseboards, windows, and fixtures, cleaning floors by vacuuming, shampooing, mopping, cleaning and disinfect commodes, sinks, and showers, restock light bulbs, soap and toilet paper as needed, wash, dry, fold/iron residents personal laundry, remove trash as scheduled, maintain current knowledge and understanding of proper use of chemicals, tools, and equipment associated with job-related tasks. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following : Assist and provide oversight with residents’ daily living activities: report changes in resident conditions to management, remind and supervise residents with self-administration of medications, and support residents in making a smooth transition into the facility.
