Assists patients with basic hygiene needs, maintains optimum mobility levels, provides safe patient handling, O2, infection control practices, assists patients with nutritional intake, as needed, and provides end of life care. Performs procedures and uses equipment as delegated by a licensed professional, consistent with demonstrated competencies and state scope of practice; procedures may include blood draws, Foley catheter removal, EKGs, EKG monitoring, and bladder scanning.
