Patient Care Technician (PCT) Per Diem Day Shift Select Medical CorpPatient Care Technician (PCT) Per Diem Day ShiftTucson, AZResponsibilities • Perform services for patients including bathing using basin-less bath products, oral hygiene, oral feeding and care of hair • Participate in hourly rounds • Transport patients to and from various treatment centers when necessary, and assist transporters in moving patients in and out of stretchers and wheelchairs • Maintain the cleanliness of various instruments and equipment such as bedpans, urinals and wheelchairs • Keep patients' rooms in clean and orderly condition • Maintain unit stock levels of supplies and equipment as directed • Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications High school diploma/GED OR relevant work experience (3+ years) Requires hospital experience as a nursing assistant, certification as a nursing assistant or experience in a related field (i.e. medical assistant, actively enrolled RN student) BLS is required within 90 days of hire.
