The Administrator directs the full range of administrative, operational, and fiscal activities for the offices, including but not limited to: 1) front office operations (scheduling, registration, referrals, medical records, call routing, and revenue cycle coordination), 2) clinical support functions and staffing coordination, 3) business services such as supply ordering, equipment maintenance, inventory management, and facility oversight, and 4) compliance with quality programs including HEDIS, ACO, and organizational initiatives. The Practice Administrator, in conjunction with the Director of Physician Services and the Primary Care Medical Directors, develops long-range goals and strategic objectives for the Ormond Beach and Daytona Beach Primary Care offices, and implements the operational plans needed to achieve those goals.
