(100%) * Satisfactorily complete the Patient Care Technician training program OR complete Davenport University Certified Nursing Assistant Program and pass certification test ultimately achieving State of Michigan registry document as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) within 30 days of Davenport program completion. The Patient Care Technician Trainee will receive education through internal training or CNA program to provide basic nursing care, communicate with patients, family members, and others on the healthcare team, and obtain the skills necessary to provide, and assist with, patient activities of daily living.
