JOB REQUIREMENTS Minimum Education Bachelors Degree or 10+ years related healthcare experience Minimum Work Experience 3-5 years nursing, patient relations, marketing, social work, or other relevant healthcare experience Required Licenses/Certifications Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities Extreme diplomacy and tact Excellent human relations and oral/written communication Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Ability to learn and utilize multiple computer applications Designated Driver No OSHA Category 2 - Medium Risk. Additionally, the Patient Relations Coordinator supervises other members of the patient relations department, as well as volunteers, to ensure the best use of time and resources for optimal departmental operations.
