Process full-cycle payroll on a regular cadence, ensuring accuracy and adherence to established schedulesMaintain and audit employee payroll records, including earnings, deductions, taxes, and garnishmentsResolve payroll discrepancies and respond to employee payroll-related inquiriesEnsure compliance with federal, state, and local wage and hour regulationsPartner with HR and Finance teams to support payroll-related reporting and reconciliationsPrepare payroll-related reports and documentation for internal stakeholdersAssist with audits and support continuous improvement of payroll processesMaintain confidentiality of sensitive payroll and employee information. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field preferred3+ years of payroll processing experience in a professional environmentStrong working knowledge of payroll regulations and compliance requirementsProficiency with Microsoft 365, including Excel, Outlook, and TeamsHigh attention to detail with strong organizational and time-management skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines.
