Working closely with HR, Accounting, Operations, and leadership, the Payroll Manager ensures payroll processes support the company's employee-owner culture, compensation programs, benefits administration, and overall employee experience. This role serves as the organization's payroll subject matter expert and provides leadership for payroll governance, process improvements, reporting, audits, and workforce-related compliance initiatives.
