The Payroll Analyst will work closely with Payroll, Human Resources, Finance, Operations, and field leadership to research discrepancies, reconcile payroll data, resolve timekeeping issues, and support the overall payroll function. This position is responsible for managing and analyzing payroll, timekeeping, and job-costing data flowing between HeavyJob and ADP, helping ensure employee information is accurate, complete, and processed timely.
