Essential duties include operating the Finger Joint Line equipment, managing adhesive application and lamination alignment at our Glulam and CLT press production lines, inspecting inventory, enhancing the cosmetic appearance and making structural repairs to finished product as a Finishing Operator, and running assembly machinery for panel and beam layups as a Press Operator. We are North America's largest Mass Timber Manufacturer, with facilities in Penticton, British Columbia, Spokane Valley, Washington, and Conway, Arkansas with a combined annual production capacity of over 255,000 cubic metres of mass timber.
