Processes under supervision, in a work team environment, all aspects of the bi-weekly payroll processing cycle, including time upload and balancing, ACH file creation, general ledger reconciliation, tax payments/uploads, payroll reports, etc. In coordination with Human Resources Department and Payroll Manager, maintains the payroll module of the HR Management System (HRMS); includes ensuring data integrity for wage rates, payroll deductions, taxes, labor distribution, etc.
