Key Responsibilities: •Develop training materials, job aids, memos, and internal communications •Lead new hire orientation and onboarding activities •Collaborate with Payroll team leads to document and communicate processes •Ensure accuracy and clarity in all written materials •Support process improvement and employee development initiatives Qualifications Skills: •3+ years of relevant experience, including 1+ year in a supervisory or leadership role (education, retail, hospitality, HR, healthcare, sales, marketing, customer service) •Background in PAYROLL, HR, onboarding, or training •Strong communication, organization, and project management skills •High attention to detail and strong work ethic •Independent thinker with a passion for helping others grow •Microsoft Office Suite (advanced) •WebEx and collaborative tools •Adobe Captivate, Articulate 360, PowerPoint and other content development software •Familiarity with brand guidelines and visual design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) Education: •Bachelor’s degree (preferred in HR, Communications, Education, or Graphic Design) Job Title: Payroll Assistant Location: New York, NY 10004 Pay Range: $32 to $35 hourly Duties: Process payroll for hourly and salaried employees.
