Under the leadership of the Outpatient Department Manager and the indirect supervision of Physicians, the CMA will assist with the delivery of patient care in the clinic by preparing information for upcoming clinics, maintaining clinic flow, obtaining routine clinical information on patients/family; providing physical care of the patients, transcribing of delegated orders into the EMR, assisting with cast applications and removals, and room disinfection and restocking of supplies. Employees in a FT or PT status (40+ hours per pay period) will also be eligible for paid time off, life insurance, short term and long-term disability and the Flexible Spending Account (FSA) plans and a Health Savings Account (HSA) if a High Deductible Health Plan (HDHP) is elected.
