Required Qualifications: Valid BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications; minimum of 1+ year of recent, direct bedside pediatric critical care experience, including mechanical ventilation, high-flow nasal cannula, nasal CPAP, managing tracheostomies, arterial and central lines, titrating vasoactive, paralytic, and sedative infusions, and experience with weight-based pharmacology. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in precepting novice and new graduate nurses; ability to assist with intubation, central line management, continuous organ-support therapies, and moderate sedation for pediatric procedures.
