Specifics:-16-18 patients per day, with longer scheduled time to see patients to increase quality of care.-Two care teams made up of 1 MD/DO, 2 APCs, and MA, Behavioral Health, Psychiatry, Clinical Pharmacist, RN, Care Coordinator, Community Health Worker, and Front Office support.-Typical cases/patients are adult IHN patients, typically with multiple diagnosis and complex, with a mix of healthy adult patients. Requirements:-Experienced (3+ years) physician preferred.-Bi-lingual (Spanish) preferred.-Should possess excellent clinical skills, communication skills, and a strong commitment to providing excellent care that is team oriented.-Eligibility to work in the United States.
