Provides nursing care to patients; prepares patients for physicians, registered nurses, physician assistants and nurse practitioners, and cares for patients during treatment; administers medications subcutaneously, intramuscularly, intradermally, subdermally, and/or orally; takes temperature, pulse, respiration and blood pressure of patients as necessary.
