Consistently provides service excellence to all patients, family members, visitors, volunteers and co-workers in a manner that reflects Cape Cod Healthcare's commitment to CARES: compassion, accountability, respect, excellence and service. Two years recent experience (within the past 3 years) with patient registration, scheduling or billing in a Hospital, physician office or other related medical setting, OR a bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
