The Northeast Arc is a premier provider of services that help people with disabilities become full participants in the community; choosing for themselves how to live, learn, work, socialize and play. He or she will follow the outlined plan of care, identify any health-related needs, monitor medical status and report changes to the on-call Registered Nurse, and work with residential staff to support the individuals in their community residence.
