The Director will maintain continuous evolution to product strategy considering industry trends, emerging solutions, new insights and changing customer and business needs, and use data to validate outcomes, drive insights, and manage the business both tactically and strategically. Provide leadership, direction, and management of staff, including fostering a welcoming and inclusive environment through supervising staff, providing feedback, coaching, support, mentoring, performance management, and training and development opportunities as appropriate.
