Identify performance trends, care gaps, workflow barriers, and improvement opportunities using chart review, data analysis, event review, and multidisciplinary feedback; lead or support action plans to improve stroke care delivery and patient outcomes. Collect, validate, monitor, analyze, and report stroke quality data, including treatment timelines, documentation compliance, clinical outcomes, complications, transfers, registry measures, internal scorecards, and leadership reports.
