POSITION OVERVIEW
Work directly with privately held, owner-led businesses to materially improve operational performance, financial controls, and long-term profitability.
The Performance Manager Operations will develop project work plans and performance metrics, monitor work plans and metrics to assure activities are executed on-time and on-budget, coordinate the internal and external resources to complete activities as assigned using established Process Improvement and Project Management Methodologies. Demonstrated project management and organizational skills, demonstrated analysis and problem solving skills, excellent oral and communication skills, demonstrated ability to effectively establish and maintain working relationships with peers and constituents at all levels of the organization.
Act as functional subject matter expert for Workday Compensation, Talent and Advanced Compensation modules, partnering with cross-functional teams including HR leadership, HRIS, HR Centers of Excellence (CoEs), Finance, Payroll, and local market HR teams to provide guidance and consultation on best practices and optimization strategy. Support the successful implementation of Workday Compensation and Job Architecture as well as Talent and Advanced Compensation modules by coordinating project activities, tracking deliverables, and ensuring project milestones are met.
