Provides advice and guidance to all students on goal setting, decision making, degree and certificate options and requirements, transfer pathways, course selection, registration, and satisfactory progress toward certificate/degree completion using PeopleSoft, Salesforce, and other technologies. In alignment with the Guided Pathways, Loss/Momentum, and Appreciative Advising frameworks, the Analyst uses case management principles, practices, and software to guide and lead students to persist in the completion of important student success milestones.
