The HR Manager will partner closely with plant leadership, managers, supervisors, and employees to provide guidance across employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management, workforce planning, training and development, HR compliance, and organizational effectiveness. Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, this position will lead HR initiatives focused on attracting, developing, engaging, and retaining talent while supporting the overall operational goals of the facility.
