Help shape and support a school wide culture that fosters a productive and enthusiastic learning environment for each studentEstablish and maintain a cooperative working relationship with students and families based on trust, understanding and respect for the communities in which they identifyParticipate in weekly 30-minute manager check-ins (with Principal or Assistant Principal), grade-level meetings, before and after-school duties, weekly professional development and school-wide meetings and functionsEngage in summer and year-long district, school and personal learning and developmentLead parent-teacher conferences during designated times that may include additional after-school time commitmentsSupport student health and nutrition by tracking compliance with classroom participation in IDEA Greater Cincinnati's universal "Supper" and breakfast programs, as applicable Expect a minimum of 40+ hours spent at school per weekAdditional responsibilities may include: after-school tutoring or Saturday school opportunities based on the needs of our scholars (with the opportunity to earn additional compensation).
