Step 1: Companion Care & Stand-By Assist (Days 1–90) After paid orientation, you’ll start with companion care: conversation, meal preparation, light housekeeping, errands, medication reminders, and stand-by assistance, staying close while clients walk, bathe, or move around safely. Step 2: Skilled Caregiver Training (After 90 Days) Next, you’ll train in our hands-on Care Lab on personal care, safe transfers, mobility support, and dementia care techniques.
