Asset Leader, you will provide overall team leadership for your asset team in the areas of safety, quality, cost, productivity, continuous improvement, housekeeping/5S, good manufacturing practices (GMP), internal control, asset management, customer service, human resources and team capability development. Drive cultural and business results improvement through development, ownership, and execution of Tactical Implementation Plans (TIPs) focusing on performance and health of their process and team, visibly remove barriers for completion of assigned work, and ensure sustainability and health of the process via ownership of the OPEX Health Check processes.
