Qualifications: 3+ years of experience programming CNC multi-axis milling, turning, and grinding machines (aerospace preferred)Hands-on experience with fixture design, tooling selection, and machining process optimizationLean manufacturing experienceProven ability to work directly with production teams in a fast-paced environmentStrong ability to organize and prioritize work to meet production demandsProficient at reading and interpreting customer drawings, specifications, and GD&TProficient with computer systems, CAD/CAM experience.
