You will interact and/or round with other health professionals to promote the safe and effective use of medications, and provide clinical services to neonatal, pediatric, and adult patients in accordance with departmental policies and procedures, including pharmacokinetic dosing, therapeutic interchange, IV/PO conversions, TPN and aminoglycoside monitoring, and pharmacist interventions.
