Communicate and document appropriately and effectively with supervisors, physicians, nurse practitioners, unit based pharmacists, social workers, nurse managers, peers, patients/customers and outside agencies. Roles may include investigation of pharmacy benefits, patient adherence evaluation, copay assistance with manufacturer programs, coordination of recurring medication refills and delivery services for select service lines.
