p>What you will be doing: • Lead, Mentor, Train and be a Role Model for the mobile drives • Ensure staff provide Excellent Customer Service • Actively plans, prioritizes, sets goals, and establishes staff assignments and communicates shift expectations for staff • Responsible for all activities, supplies, and equipment required for a successful collection event and ensures events operate safely, smoothly, and efficiently • Review daily QC for accuracy and completion • Ensures staff follows all policies and procedures.
What you will bring to the role:
• A minimum of a high school diploma or GED • Medical Assistant Certification or Phlebotomy Certification is strongly preferred • 1 years experience as a Phlebotomist is required • 2 years experience as a Team Lead in a healthcare setting is required • Ability to handle difficult situations and persons tactfully and professionally • Excellent ability to understand and use software relevant to the position • Ability to solve problems and make decisions, seeking guidance as necessary.
