This role partners with business stakeholders, product owners, delivery teams, and executives to establish Agile ways of working, improve team performance, enable continuous delivery, and foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. The Agile Coach serves as a mentor, trainer, facilitator, and change agent, helping teams adopt Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, Lean, SAFe, and DevOps practices while ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
