Within licensure, performs resident assessments upon admission; completes documentation for assessments, treatments, reactions, and outcomes; notifies appropriate resources (e.g., dietitian, physical therapist, etc.) of the need for evaluation; initiates the development of care plans (and MDS in Healthcare) for household/neighborhood residents; evaluates resident response to plan of care and recommends additional modifications as indicated.
