The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure. The Physical Therapist I provides acute care physical therapy services to restore function, improve mobility, and support safe patient discharge.
li> Provides for continuity of care by participating in discharge planning with patients, families and other health care providers as appropriate, providing home instructions to patients and caregivers, recommending and or providing equipment/ home modifications, and recommending appropriate follow-up care if needed.
