We are seeking a Coater Operator on 1st shift (7: 30am-3: 30pm) who is responsible for leading daily operations within the coating work cell, ensuring the safe, efficient, and high-quality production of coated, compounded, and laminated materials. This role offers opportunities to expand technical skills, lead production activities, participate in process improvements, and contribute directly to delivering high-quality products to customers.
