The PTA will carry out established plans of care, provide progressive rehabilitation, monitor patient response to treatment, and coordinate with the supervising Physical Therapist, home health agencies, caregivers, and other members of the interdisciplinary team to support safe, efficient recovery in the home. The Home Health Orthopedic PTA Specialist will work closely with the supervising Physical Therapist to provide skilled treatment to patients following orthopedic surgery or injury, including total joint replacements and other orthopedic procedures.
