Essential Job Functions: Perform physical therapy procedures in accordance with written treatment plan formulated by the Licensed Physical Therapist, which may include therapeutic exercises, traction, massage, therapeutic heat and cold, hydrotherapy, ultrasound, electrical stimulation, intermittent compression, functional training, gait training, prosthetic training, chest physical therapy, and measurement for assistive devices. The ideal candidate must have an Associate's Degree from a Physical Therapist Assistant Program accredited by the American Physical Therapy Association, at least one year of experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant in an acute care setting (preferably oncology), and hold a Physical Therapist Assistant License issued by the Executive Council of Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy Examiners.

Job Description: A Physical Therapist (PT) / Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) will implement treatment programs to assist pediatric patients with physical, neurological, cognitive, and social/emotional disabilities or delays by planning and administering physical therapy services in the home and community.
