The Procurement Manager partners closely with IT, Information Security, Finance, Legal, and the Supplier Onboarding & Governance function to enable technology strategy, optimize cost, reduce vendor risk, strengthen governance, and deliver a consistent stakeholder experience, while also leading and developing a team of procurement professionals. Operates within clearly defined decision rights: IT owns technology strategy, architecture, business and technical requirements, demand planning, asset lifecycle decisions, and service outcomes; Procurement owns sourcing discipline, competitive processes, commercial negotiations, and contracting workflow.
