p>• Keyboarding skills to operate a PC/mobile device • Must work as a team member and be able to communicate effectively with patients, visitors, and all members of the care delivery team • Social sensitivity and ability to communicate in English effectively • Regularly performs work requiring high interpersonal skills to deal with delicate patient care matters • Work involves mental/visual fatigue typical of jobs performing a wide variety of duties with frequent, significant, uncontrollable deadlines • Considerable standing or walking, regular lifting of light objects (20 lbs), and assisting with heavier tasks such as moving patients • Minor straining/fatiguing positions and some fatiguing physical motions required. • Documenting evaluations, patient treatment plans, treatments performed, and progress; indicates condition in relationship to established goals and alterations to treatment plan to enhance therapy potential • Documenting in the electronic health record per compliance timelines • Communicating to leadership any limitations preventing timely documentation • Maintaining accurate, legible, and complete records for each person served • Serving on committees, task forces, and participating in process improvement • Demonstrates time management skills • Supervision of PTA, Rehab Clinical Assistant, PT students, PTA students, volunteers, and athletic trainer.
