Observe, record, and report the patient’s reaction to treatment and any changes in the patient’s condition to the supervising nurse, Physical Therapist, physician and mid-level provider as needed and in accordance with departmental and organizational policies. Under the guidance of the supervising therapist, treats to relieve pain, develop and restore function and maintain maximum performance using appropriate treatments, modalities, and procedure as stated in the plan of care.
