Skills in acute care, patient assessment, bed alarms, discharge planning, evaluation, gait belt use, hospital and specialty beds, plan of care development, post-stroke rehabilitation, short-term goals, total hip replacement, and total knee replacement. This position provides inpatient physical therapy services for adult and geriatric patients, including assessment, evaluation, treatment planning, mobility support, discharge planning, and post-stroke rehabilitation.
