In this role, you will evaluate and treat residents, develop individualized therapy plans, and collaborate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team members to maximize resident mobility, function, and independence. Our unique campus features 12 cottage-style homes , each housing 12 residents and complete with its own kitchen, creating a warm, home-like environment.
