Provide steady-state production support during business hours,including incident triage, resolution, and problem management.•Monitor system health and performance and support agreed Service Level Agreements(SLAs).•Manage configuration, release, and change control processes using Government-approved DevOps tools.•Maintain data repositories, backups, and recovery procedures.•Support integration with enterprise data feeds (e.g., nVision, NBS, ServiceNow) ascurrently implemented or as authorized.•Provide application support and status reporting as required.•Communicate regularly with Contracting Officer (CO), Contracting OfficerRepresentative (COR) and key stakeholders on the progress including early and candidnotification on risks and issues. Scrum/Agile methodology to develop dynamic web and database applicationsusing, but not limited to ".NET", with various SQL or NoSQL databases on premise and/orcloud.•Deliver user documentation, administrator guides, training materials, and performknowledge transfer activities as required by deliverables.•Support accessibility (Section 508), privacy, and security requirements throughout theSDLC and provide artifacts required for ATO packages when applicable.
