Our compensation structure is based on completed visits.
We find the per completed visit pay structure to be financially beneficial for our nurses, because it allows for maximizing earnings by seeing more patients within a given time frame.
We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses and identifying potential inconsistencies or verification signals in application materials based on available information. Mary's
