Diagnose and manage common primary care conditions including hypertension, diabetes mellitus, hyperlipidemia, asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, obesity, thyroid disorders, depression, anxiety, musculoskeletal conditions, infectious diseases, and other acute and chronic illnesses within the advanced practice provider scope. • Educate patients and caregivers regarding diagnoses, medications, preventive health measures, nutrition, exercise, chronic disease self-management, and treatment plans to promote informed decision-making and improved health outcomes.
