Conduct thorough assessments of patients to assess for cardiovascular, kidney, metabolic risks- evaluating medical history, performing physical exams, and ordering appropriate diagnostic tests. In this specialized role, the APP will provide comprehensive cardiometabolic care, including cardiovascular, endocrine, weight management, kidney disease, and lifestyle medicine components.
