As an integral extension of a robust centralized recruitment team (comprising Recruiters, Visit/Travel Coordinators, and Onboarding Specialists), this position provides dedicated, high-touch, on-site support for physician recruitment, engagement, and retention efforts for assigned pilot markets. Visit Logistics & Coordination: In collaboration with the centralized Recruitment Coordination team, manage and execute complex on-site logistics for physician candidate visits, ensuring meticulous planning and seamless execution of schedules, facility access, and local experiences.
